ICSAICS 2026 Registration

The registration phase begins as soon as the paper has been accepted. One has to complete the following THREE registration steps. The registered papers will be published on the Conference Proceedings.

Step 1 - Registration Fee 
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program.

• If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered.
• Each paper can accommodate a maximum of 6 authors.
• The regular fee will cover up to 6 pages on exceeding which an additional amount will be charged.
• Registration will be based on First Come First Serve basis. It will be CLOSED as desired number of papers registered
• An additional charge of Rs. 1000/ page is applicable if paper length is more than 6 pages
• Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.
• Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot participate in the conference
• The organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.

Step 2 - Camera Ready Paper (CRP) Submission

Authors submitting their papers may use the following template. The failure in adhering to the specific format norms will result in rejection. All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted). The CRP shouls be in the Common Template, available at DOCX | PDF

Step 3 - Registration

After successfully completing your payment, please proceed to finalize your registration by uploading the payment screenshot along with your final camera-ready paper through our Online Registration Form. Additionally, ensure that all other required details are accurately filled in on the form to complete the registration process. You can access the registration form using the link provided below, where you will find step-by-step instructions to submit all necessary documents and information for successful conference registration.
